• A national ID card or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Logging into your account on a family member's or friend's device carries risks — pvip app is not liable for any consequences.

• Wins and losses in games are entirely the result of the user's own decisions — pvip app bears no responsibility.
• pvip app is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disconnection or device failure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed in accordance with international gaming laws and the regulations of pvip app's licensing authority.

• All disputes will first be addressed through mutual negotiation.
• If no resolution is reached through negotiation, the dispute will be settled via neutral international arbitration.
• Complaint submission deadline: within 30 days of the date of the incident.
• pvip app retains records of all disputes for up to 6 years.
